Having trained as a Commercial Practice Surveyor with one of Scotland’s top firms
I was one of the first surveyors to qualify as a Commercial Energy Performance
Assessor in RICS Scotland. I am registered with the RICS as a sole practitioner offering
both traditional services and Energy Assessment.

This gives me ability to offer advice on a building's construction & services which not only
benefits the performance rating but also the marketability.
